Gingerbread cookies are an irresistible holiday tradition at the Saskatoon Festival of Trees. They're so popular that we typically sell over 30,000 cookies a season!

This year's selection features two sizes: regular and mini gingerbread cookies sprinkled with red sugar. These tasty treats evoke warm memories as your senses delight in the aroma and flavour of this classic Christmas cookie.

No food or drink is allowed or may be consumed in the Museum galleries. Gingerbread cookies are for sale, but should be taken home to be enjoyed (you can nibble on one in the lobby if you can't make it to your vehicle!)

Can I pre-order gingerbread cookies?
- Pre-orders of 8 dozen gingerbread cookies or more are accepted
- Contact us to place your order (a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated)
- Cookies can be individually packaged upon request
- Payment & pick up of your pre-order will take place at the Gingerbread Cookie Hut during the Festival (November 21 to 29, 2025 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm)
