We're hosting a holiday market at the 2025 Saskatoon Festival of Trees! For two days only, the holiday market will be featured at the Festival of Trees in the event hall at the Western Development Museum on the following dates and times:
Friday, November 21 | 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday, November 22 | 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
The holiday market includes over 35 talented designers, creators, crafters, and artists of Saskatchewan made products. The holiday market is included with admission to the Festival of Trees.
In 2024 over 6,000 people attended the Festival of Trees during the holiday market
Holiday market advertising will take place via Instagram, Facebook, website and email promotion
Three types of vendor booths are available:
Wall booth: $500 + GST + PST (access to an electrical outlet available if requested) available
End cap booth: $450 + GST + PST (no access to an electrical outlet; these booths are visible from the event hall entrance) sold out for 2025
Interior booth: $400 + GST + PST (no access to an electrical outlet) available
Refer to the booth floor plan (subject to change without notice). The Saskatoon Festival of Trees reserves the right to change any aspect of the floor plan (including, but not limited to, size, shape and orientation). Vendor space for the event shall be assigned by the Saskatoon Festival of Trees in its sole discretion. Limit of one business per booth. Vendors may not assign, sublet, share or license all or any portion of its vendor space with any third party.
Vendors Receive
10ft wide x 8ft deep booth
1 x 8ft table (if requested)
2 x chairs (if requested)
Inclusion in holiday market website listing
Maximum of 2 vendor ID's (vendor ID's can be used to view the Festival of Trees during the holiday market)
2 x general admission passes to the Festival of Trees (to use as promotion/giveaway on your social channels)
Vendor Requirements
Vendors must:
Be the designer, creator, crafter, artist or maker of Saskatchewan made products
Include a website, Facebook or Instagram link that provides photos of your products when completing the application
Include a business bio (used for promotion) when completing the application
Provide all items necessary to set up your booth and sell your items (i.e. step stool, table linen, displays, shelving, point of sale system, etc.)
Have your booth open & staffed:
Friday, November 21, 2025: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday, November 22, 2025: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Take down your booth immediately following the close of the holiday market on Saturday, November 22 at 8:00 pm
Vendor Notes
The Festival of Trees is cashless
We recommend vendors use debit, credit or etransfer to complete sales
Public Wi-Fi is available in the event hall
Select sales systems may require a secure network. Secure network access will not be provided to vendors under any circumstances. Thanks for your understanding.
The event hall has limited lighting. Booth lighting will not be provided. Vendors are responsible to light their own booths if desired. Access to an electrical outlet is provided with a limited number of wall booths. No other access to electrical outlets will be provided or permitted.
Important Dates
May 15, 2025: Deadline for vendors to complete their online application
June 1, 2025: All applicants will be contacted. Please be patient. We will work as quickly as possible and update you via email as soon as vendor decisions are made.
November 20, 2025 | 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Vendor set up in Saskatchewan Hall at the Western Development Museum
November 21, 2025 | 9:00 am to 9:00 pm: Holiday market booths open
November 22, 2025 | 9:00 am to 8:00 pm: Holiday market booths open
November 22, 2025 | 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Holiday market take down
Note take down must be completed as quickly as possible. The event hall will be reset that night for an event the following morning. Items should be loaded out via the event hall rather than the front entrance to minimize disruption to the Festival of Trees which is open until 9:00 pm.
Selection & Payment
If you have been selected as a vendor for the holiday market, you will be sent an invoice with details on how to pay
Do not submit payment until your invoice has been received
Included with your invoice will be an attached contract to agree to our 2025 Terms and Conditions - Saskatoon Festival of Trees Holiday Market
Invoices must be paid and signed contract(s) must be returned within 72 hours of receipt to hold your spot. Space is not reserved until payment is received. If payment and contract(s) are not received within 72 hours, the Festival of Trees can/will move on to the next interested vendor.
Payments options include:
E-transfer (details will be on the invoice). Preferred payment method.
Credit card (details will be on the invoice). All credit card payments will have a 3% fee added to them.
Once payment and signed contracts(s) are received, you will receive an email receipt. Please keep this receipt for your records. Please allow up to 48 - 72 hours for this confirmation. Your registration is not confirmed, and your booth is not held until payment is received in full and all required contracts are signed.
