General admission tickets on sale by October 1, 2026 at 10:00 am via our website. Advance purchases are the fastest and smoothest way to visit. Walk up admission will be available onsite November 20 to 28 using debit or credit only.
We're hosting a Holiday Market! For two days only, the holiday market will be featured in the event hall: ​
  • Friday, November 20 | 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 21 | 9:00 am to 8:00 pm​
The holiday market includes over 35 talented designers, creators, crafters, and artists of Saskatchewan made products. The holiday market is included with your admission to the Festival of Trees November 20 and 21.
Special event tickets go on sale October 1, 2026 at 10:00 am via our website. This year's special event line up includes:
  • Royal Pajama Party (Sunday, November 22, 2026)
  • Father/Daughter Gala (Monday, November 23, 2026 and Tuesday, November 24, 2026)
  • Brunch With Santa (Saturday, November 28, 2026)

All special event tickets include a visit to the Festival of Trees displays and Western Development Museum displays.

Designer Applications Open

Applications opened September 1, 2026 to become a designer at the 2026 of the Festival of Trees! Decorated trees, wreaths, centrepieces, and gingerbread houses are the crown jewels of the Festival. These fabulous displays are priced and sold to the public. We have a wonderful team of volunteers who design each display - individually, as a group, or as a company. If you have a creative flair, this is the perfect fit for you! Applications close October 15, 2026.

School & Group Bookings

Group rates can be offered to schools or groups of 10 or more who pre-book a visit to the Festival of Trees using the Group Bookings application form. Group bookings opened September 1, 2026. Responses to application forms will begin September 15, 2026.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for this year's Festival. Select the option that works best for you! Each sponsorship has a recognition and benefits package. Sponsorships may include cash, in-kind goods or services and promotional products. Benefits can be suited to your needs.

Proceeds

Proceeds will benefit Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation, supporting the Acute Care Expansion campaign at Saskatoon City Hospital. 
The expansion adds 109 acute care beds, including 60 medicine beds, 15 high-acuity observation beds, a new 22-bed acute rehabilitation unit, and a 12-bed dedicated unit for patients with acquired brain injuries, the first of its kind in the province. This will increase capacity, alleviate pressure on our healthcare system, reduce wait times, and ensure patients receive the care they need when they need it most.

​Your support will go towards equipment and resources necessary for the added beds and help ensure that they continue providing the highest quality of care for you and your loved ones. 

The Festival Experience

For 41 years (since 1986!), we’ve been a beloved Saskatoon tradition, bringing people together to celebrate the holiday season. Through festive events, attractions, and displays, we raise funds in support of Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation. 

​The Western Development Museum is transformed into a magical winter wonderland during the Saskatoon Festival of Trees! Explore beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, centrepieces, and more featuring whimsical winter, classic holiday, and family friendly displays lining 1910 Boomtown - an indoor representation of a typical Saskatchewan town with over 30 buildings recapturing the atmosphere and style of this bustling period. 

Let your senses delight in the twinkling lights, glitter, and sparkle while enjoying the delicious gingerbread aroma wafting from the Cookie House or incredible displays at Gingerbread Lane.

Experience engaging entertainment like photos with Santa, Enchanted story time, free face painting, character meet & greets, and more.

A grand total of 27,148 people attended the 40th anniversary of the Saskatoon Festival of Trees in 2025. Proceeds of $150,140 supported our beneficiary, Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation, to help fund the equipment, resources, and programming needed to add 109 new acute care beds at Saskatoon City Hospital. 

Special thanks to our volunteer board of directors, planning committee, designers and the over 250 volunteers that worked so hard to bring the sparkle & magic to the 2025 event! We're extremely grateful for each and every sponsor who contributed to the Festival and helped us make it a success.
