Cashless
The Festival of Trees has gone cashless! Debit or credit will be used for all purchases including general admission, special event tickets, gingerbread cookies, trees, wreaths, centrepieces and gingerbread houses. 50/50 raffle ticket purchases can be made by credit card only.
Admission
General admission for the Festival of Trees includes entry to view all public areas & exhibits at the Western Development Museum during your visit. Advanced admission tickets will be available for purchase here by October 15. We strongly recommend advanced ticket sales, which is the fastest entry and helps us be prepared for your visit.
Limited walk up admission sales are available, using cashless payments only. Walk up admission entry is not guaranteed if capacity has been met. Note all admission sales are handled by the Saskatoon Festival of Trees (rather than the Western Development Museum). Western Development Museum gift cards may not be used to purchase general admission tickets. Admission prices include GST, PST and service fees. All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

My pre-purchased admission ticket says 9:00 am. Can I visit at another time the same day?
I purchased my ticket for a specific date, but I need to change it to a different date. Can I do that?
- Yes you can! Our hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Visit anytime during these hours. Please note, once your ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used for re-entry.
I purchased my ticket for a specific date, but I need to change it to a different date. Can I do that?
- Absolutely! You can change the date of your pre-purchased admission ticket up to one day prior to the event date (see "Change your event time" button under Billing Information on your ticket)
- If it is less than one day prior to the event, you may still show your pre-purchased ticket and it will be valid for entry as long as it hasn't been scanned yet

Gift giving? Advanced admission tickets can be picked up. Contact us to place your order. Special Event tickets (Royal Brunch, Father/Daughter Gala, Christmas Carnival & Brunch With Santa) must be purchased in advance and include general admission into the Festival on the date of the event you're attending.

Group or School Rate
Group or school rates can be offered to groups of 10 or more who pre-book a visit to the Festival of Trees by filling out the Group Bookings application form.
