This beautiful gingerbread display is a showstopper modelled after the Bessborough Hotel featuring elements of Charlie Brown. Annissa Cheyne of Sweet Wheat Bakeshop won the People's Choice in the professional category in 2018 with this entry.

The icing details on this 2019 display by Ellen Misfeldt are gorgeous and an example of a gingerbread display in the experienced category.

This adorable newcomer display by Bettina Sies is full of little details to let your imagination run wild.

This was a fan favourite winning People's Choice in 2019 in the newcomer category. We love this design by Cassandra Makulowich.

This stunning gingerbread display created by Annissa Cheyne is a work of art that won People's Choice in 2015 in the professional category.
