Get ready for a magnificent morning! As live characters bring smiles and laughter to the little ones, adults can relax and savor the delicious brunch buffet. Each child will be busy with a fun activity and receive a brand new book from our cozy bookshelf area. The excitement peaks when Santa makes his grand entrance, taking his special spot on stage! Every child will enjoy a personal visit with Santa, while adults capture the perfect photo opportunity. And don’t forget - after the festivities, you can explore the captivating Festival displays and the Museum, all included in this unforgettable experience!

Details
Stroller parking and a coat check are available for this event beginning at 10:30 am in McLeod Hall, located just outside of Saskatchewan Hall (large hall where event takes place). Please do not bring strollers into Saskatchewan Hall as there is limited space.
- 10:30 am: Doors open, stroller parking & coat check open, holiday characters entertain
- 11:00 am: Brunch begins (assigned by table)
- 11:15 am: Santa arrives (visits assigned by table)
- 12:30 pm: Visit the Festival of Trees displays (show your Brunch With Santa ticket for entry)
Tickets
- Tickets $45 per person + taxes and service fee
- Children under 1 year of age (who will not occupy a seat at your table) are admitted free of charge
- If you're planning to sit with other guests, all tickets must be purchased in one transaction
- Each table can seat 2 to 8 people. Assigned seating. Tables will be adjusted to fit the size of your group.
- Sales start October 1 at 10:00 am (advance tickets only)
- All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

We're thrilled to be celebrating our 40th anniversary this year, and even more excited to have you join us! Proceeds will benefit Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation, helping fund the equipment, resources, and programming needed to add 109 new acute care beds. Thanks for your support!
All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds. If needed, you may email or provide printed copies of your purchased tickets to someone taking your place. Ask them to check in under the name of the ticket purchaser for entrance to the special event. A copy of each special event ticket (electronic or printed) is required for entry.
Cashless
The Festival of Trees is cashless! Debit or credit will be used for all purchases including special events, admission, gingerbread cookies, trees, wreaths, centrepieces and gingerbread houses. Raffle ticket purchases can be made by credit card only.
Notice of Photography and/or Filming
When you enter the Western Development Museum facility during the Saskatoon Festival of Trees, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the facility, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction for advertising, social media, website and/or any other promotional purposes as deemed fit by the Saskatoon Festival of Trees.
During Your Visit
At times, the parking lot and lobby of the Western Development Museum are extremely busy. We recommend waiting in your vehicle during these busy times until the line up decreases. Please follow the signage and/or direction of our greeters regarding the appropriate entrance, exit & line up for pre-paid admission, onsite admission (debit & credit only; cashless), special events and cafe visits.
We ask that you allow for a little extra time to get through the lobby to the displays, special events or cafe. Please be respectful and kind to fellow visitors, guests, volunteers and Western Development Museum staff. During your visit:

- No food or drink is allowed or may be consumed in the Museum galleries. Gingerbread cookies are for sale, but should be taken home to be enjoyed (you can nibble on one in the lobby if you can't make it to your vehicle!)
