All items have a set price (not auctioned) and must be purchased through the shopping site which goes live November 22, 2020 at 9:00 am. Items are available for pick up on November 29, 2020 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Western Development Museum in Saskatchewan Hall. See our FAQ (below) for details on how to access the hall. When/how do I get the item(s) I purchased?
Pick up of all sold trees, wreaths, centrepieces and gingerbread houses takes place:
November 29, 2020
10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Western Development Museum in Saskatchewan Hall (banquet hall)
Access the hall's entrance on the west side of the building (past the Blacksmith Shop) - please do not enter the hall through the lobby
Park your vehicle in the designated area and proceed inside the hall (masks required)
Check in at the Information Desk and show a copy of your sales receipt - if you didn't receive one in your inbox check your junk folder
Volunteers will gather your item(s) for you and be on hand to help load heavy displays if needed
Is my purchase eligible for delivery?
Free delivery within Saskatoon city limits is available for 6ft trees only
Delivery of 6ft trees outside of Saskatoon (to a maximum of 30 km) are subject to a $50.00 fee plus $2 per km collected prior to the delivery. Contact us for more information.
Deliveries take place November 29, 2020 to residential locations from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Deliveries take place November 30, 2020 to commercial locations from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Specific delivery times cannot be booked
Trees are bagged and wrapped to protect decorations
Movers will deliver trees to your home or business and place in the desired location
Movers will not unwrap, fluff the tree, connect lights or move the tree to an alternate location in your home or business, or incur any wait time during delivery
Please make arrangements to have someone home during the day and evening for residential deliveries. If no one is home, movers will leave the tree outside of your home. The purchaser becomes responsible for any loss or damage due to weather, theft, etc.
Are the gingerbread houses edible?
Gingerbread houses are for display purposes only and are not to be consumed
